I’m hiring!

I’m hiring a Content Marketing Coordinator to help nurture & grow my creative business. This person will focus on Substack & Pinterest to start, but may also contribute to other social media channels and overall marketing strategy + marketing funnel optimization given proven success.

This role is fully remote, paid ($17-20/hour based on experience), and part-time (10-20 hours/per month)—with the opportunity to expand.

This would be great fit for an entry-level marketer, or an experienced marketer looking to make easy money while working on an inspiring & creatively-expansive project.

You will be responsible for:

  • Pulling quotes from Substack essays and creating aesthetic graphics (e.g. text overlayed onto a photo) to post on Pinterest and Instagram

  • Writing weekly notes to help grow Substack following

  • Engaging with Substack & Pinterest accounts to help grow following, with the larger goal of increasing my creative coaching clients, bookings for speaking engagements, and general audience

If all goes well, responsibilities will expand to include:

  • Developing more creative content (rather than just pull quotes) on Instagram, Pinterest, Substack, and potentially TikTok

  • Managing & cultivating Substack community

  • Contributing to overall marketing strategy to increase marketing funnel and grow business

  • Contributing to website redesign and top-of-funnel content marketing

  • And more! The sky is the limit for the right person.

Must-have requirements:

  • Strong writing & design skills (Canva is sufficient)

  • Excellent & clear communication skills

  • Highly organized and always meets deadlines

  • In tune with the current cultural landscape and knowledge of appealing aesthetics

  • Knowledge of lived experiences of queer / neurodivergent / Asian American / femme communities

  • Truly sees & understands me as an artist, and sees what I'm trying to create in the world

  • Bonus points if you are a lover of poetry, art, literature, nature, and/or spirituality
