As a coach, I bring a rare balance of spiritual & strategic wisdom to guide you through these questions, helping you blossom into your highest potential as a creative being.

Creative coaching sessions are tailored to your unique needs, desires, and learning style. They are primarily conversation-based, but may also include somatic practices, visioning & strategic planning, or creative prompts. Things we can work on together include:

  • Developing daily rituals that support an abundant, spacious, and easeful lifestyle

  • Receiving support with boundary-setting and maintaining a healthy relationship to self & others

  • Expanding your frameworks and consciousness around living a liberated life

I am not a therapist, and this is not therapy—though your feelings & lived experiences are invited in (and critical) to this work. My coaching is rooted in my wisdom as: a creative entrepreneur who has successfully built a nationwide storytelling non-profit and six-figure inclusive marketing agency; a poet who manifested their dream book deal out of the ether; and a human who has seen the darkness and come out stronger, softer, and more liberated because of it.

pricing of the session

Coaching sessions are $200/per session. A sliding scale is available—if you are QTBIPOC, or feel that you would greatly benefit from these sessions but are unable to afford the full price, please inquire about financial assistance.
